For many years Colin Still has been one of the highest profile women’s artistic gymnastics coaches in the United Kingdom. In the 1990's he was the National Coach of Britain. In the 2000's he was coach to the Scottish Team. Now in 2005 he is again one of two the national coaches in Britain. He has produced many champions and gymnasts who have represented Great Britain.
I could go on and on about Colin’s success as a gymnastics coach, however it’s as a coaches’ coach that I believe Colin Still has no peers. About twenty years ago as an aspiring coach I attended one of Colin Still’s workshops. Since then I have worked with Colin on a number of coaching videos. His work takes no short cuts, yet he manages to present the breakdown of skills in a way that all of us can understand.
Last year I took the best of Colin’s work, re-edited it and combined the material into one DVD. This took months of painstaking work, but well rewarded as I believe this is the best program on women’s artistic skills that you are ever likely to own.
Making coaching programs, I have worked with many great coaches from many nations but I believe that this program, “The Best of Colin Still” is the program which all other coaching programs have to be measured against.
